RO: Chi Lin - Bao Bar este primul loc din Bucuresti dedicat baozi-ului chinezesc autentic: chifle aburite, inchise, framantate si pliate in casa. Nu gua bao deschis, nu meniu pan-asiatic. Meniu scurt, 5-6 produse facute perfect. Deschidem in toamna 2026, cu echipa formata de la zero.

Angajam doua posturi in bucatarie: un bucatar si un ajutor de bucatar. Cautam oameni responsabili si atenti la detalii, pentru preparate la abur, intr-o bucatarie mica si bine organizata: aluat dospit, umpluturi, baozi si sosuri. Statia de bao este la vedere, in fata clientilor, iar modelatul si aburirea fac parte din experienta clientului.

Cerinte:

Pentru postul de bucatar: minim 2 ani experienta in bucatarie
Pentru postul de ajutor: minim 1 an experienta in bucatarie
De preferat experienta cu aluatul: framantat, dospit, modelat manual (patiserie, panificatie, dim sum, paste facute in casa)
Seriozitate, curatenie, atentie la detalii
Confort cu tehnologia din bucatarie (comenzi pe monitor etc.)
Confort cu lucrul la vedere, in fata clientilor

Nu cerem experienta pe bucatarie asiatica. Reteta si tehnica de baozi se invata la fata locului, cu training platit inainte de deschidere.

Program: 2 zile lucratoare / 2 zile libere Beneficii: o masa calda pe zi, tichete de masa, salariu peste medie (in functie de experienta si de post, de la 3500 la 5500 lei)

EN: Chi Lin - Bao Bar is the first place in Bucharest dedicated to authentic Chinese baozi: steamed, closed buns, kneaded and folded in house. Not open gua bao, not a pan-Asian menu. A short menu, 5-6 items done perfectly. We open in autumn 2026, with a team built from scratch.

We are hiring two kitchen positions: a chef and a kitchen assistant. We are looking for reliable people with an eye for detail, for steamed preparations, in a small, well-organised kitchen: proved dough, fillings, baozi and sauces. The bao station is in full view of the guests, and the folding and the steaming are part of the guest experience.

Requirements:

For the chef position: minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen
For the assistant position: minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen
Experience with dough preferred: kneading, proving, hand-shaping (pastry, bakery, dim sum, fresh pasta)
Reliability, cleanliness, attention to detail
Comfortable with kitchen technology (orders on screen, etc.)
Comfortable working in full view of the guests

We do not require experience in Asian cuisine. The baozi recipe and technique are taught on site, with paid training before opening.
