About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHSQS Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to Environment, Health, Safety, Quality, and Sustainability, ensuring compliance, risk prevention, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites.
The company operates in the construction chemicals and building materials industry, producing advanced solutions for sealing, bonding, waterproofing, insulation, and surface protection. The position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in implementing best practices that support a safe, compliant, and high-performing industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated EHSQS programs aligned with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations and internal standards.
Promote a strong “Safety First” and sustainability culture across all sites.
Lead risk assessments, preventive actions, and investigations of incidents and near misses.
Monitor and report key EHSQS performance indicators and audit results.
Coordinate ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 systems implementation and audits.
Lead internal training sessions to raise awareness and ensure compliance.
Drive continuous improvement through digital EHS tools and best practice sharing.
Your Profile
University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS or EHSQ management within manufacturing or construction materials industries.
At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and EHS legislation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
NEBOSH or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience working closely with production or operations departments to align EHSQS and manufacturing objectives.
Familiarity with digital incident management tools (e.g. Sphera).
Background in sustainability and ESG reporting.
